Cope with breaking up

I recently had a breakup of a 3 yr. relationship with a woman that I really thought had been divinely sent to me (and I to her) and thought I would ultimately marry and have a family with.

I just listened to "Power kicks" and specifically the MP3 "I did exactly what she wanted" and thought "Oh my God, that is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED, exactly!"
